Plan and manage the finance strategy and financial models, including company budget & financial portfolio
Contribute to capital raise pitches and investor relations strategy: craft of communication materials, investor presentation and other items for internal/external parties
Ensure data and information is maintained and accurate for the business and its functions.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions.
Report financial status by providing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
Develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and preparing growth plans
Conduct research and analysis: emphasis on competitive factors, market demand, strategic fit, pricing, operational and business complexity issues.
Develop organization prospects: analyze organization operations; identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; identify opportunities by evaluating current business trends, best practice research and principles.
Work closely with all business functions/business units.
What We Look For In You
Strong financial modeling experience
Solid knowledge of corporate financial law, auditing and risk management practices
Experience working with Start-up experience and Fintech product companies is a plus.
Ability to jump into a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities meeting or even exceeding deadlines
Proficient in using financial management software and other saas.
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Good team and relationship building skill
Good change-management skill
Industry: has audited or worked in finance at a fintech or finance company is preferred.
Language: good in English and Vietnamese
Bachelor in Finance and Accounting, MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
